Several times a week our InnerFitness trainer Romana
offers aqua fitness, InnerFitness and meditation. With our weekly programme we would like to offer our guests an activity programme
in addition to hiking, biking or swimming.
Aqua classes are a special movement training in the water, to the rhythm of the music, that protects back and joints and strengthens the muscles. Aqua classes keep you fit and healthy, and encourage team spirit with their integrated play and movement programmes. In addition to improving endurance and muscle strength, cardiovascular function and breathing are strengthened and the flexibility of the body is increased. InFit*
are the philosophical underpinnings of the yoga, breathing, medication, relaxation and awareness exercises. It is a journey of discovery into yourself. Short coordinated active physical exercises, stress management exercises and concentration methods support the release of blocked energy. The art of meditation
is ancient and exists in many different cultures. Meditation is a technique you can learn: controlling thoughts, understanding emotions and recognising yourself. Meditation is the possibility to observe yourself and to watch and control your own internal processes. A FITNESS ROOM FOR ALL SPORTS ENTHUSIASTS
Our fitness room is equipped with a treadmill, rowing machine, exercise balls and a multi gym.
