Q: What is the price for a double room for single occupancy?

For a double room used as single occupancy, we charge a supplement of 25% in the low season and 35% in the high season .

Q: How does the price change if I book a room with breakfast only?

For the “room with breakfast” option, the daily rate is reduced by €15 compared to the ¾ enjoyment board.

Q: May I bring my dog and what rules apply?

Dogs are welcome. We charge €15 per dog per day . Please note that dogs are not permitted in the dining rooms or in the Juniorsuite Süd Design .

We recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance. For approximately 5% of the reservation amount, cancellations, early departure and mountain rescue (including helicopter rescue) are covered.

In the event of cancellation, the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry (vers. 2006) apply:

From 1 month to 1 week before arrival: 50% of the booking value
During the last week before arrival: 90% of the booking value

Additionally, a deposit of 30% (via credit card or bank transfer) is required at the time of booking. In the event of cancellation, this deposit will be retained in full in the event of cancellation. If you have travel cancellation insurance, these costs may be reimbursed by the insurer.
